  • 1 ½ Cup Cilantro

  • 1 small white onion
  • ½ Cup of Oil
  • 1 tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp red hot pepper (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ Cup of Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
