Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of peeled Tangerine.
  • 350 gr of sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Note: It is important to remove the white skin of the tangerine and remove the seeds, we will only use the pulp.

Recipe Instructions:

Step 1:

  • In a nonstick pot over low heat, add the mandarins and lemon juice.

Step 2:

  • Add the sugar and cook for 45 minutes stirring constantly every 5 minutes until thick.

Step 3:

  • Turn off the heat and let cool.

Step 4:

  • Enjoy and store in the fridge in a glass container with a lid.
